How to order

The way I work is a little different from most – you won’t find off-the-shelf solutions. I take time to get to know you and understand your vision and requirements in full before making recommendations.

Typically, with weddings, couples will get in touch with me anywhere from six to three months before the big day. Here’s what your order process might look like:

1. Get in touch

First, I’ll need to know who you are and what you’re looking for – you can pop me an email or fill out a simple contact form.

2. Consultation

Personally, I appreciate when suppliers get to know me and understand more about what I am specifically looking for. With that in mind I always kick things off with a brief discussion of your requirements either via a zoom call or exchanging a couple of emails – whichever is your preference.

Then, it’s truly a collaborative process to create the wedding of your dreams. For larger and more bespoke packages, we discuss everything in further detail.

3. Quote and contract

We’ll agree a time to reconnect following the provision of your quote and we’ll then move onto securing your booking.

Payment requirements differ for every couple I work with. For some jobs, a deposit is due upfront with monthly payments being made until your big day. With others, I will require the full payment on agreement of the contract.

4. Design and approval

If agreed, I’ll share a design board with ideas and inspiration for you to go away and consider. I then go away and complete the work in advance of the wedding date with some previews of how work is progressing along the way.

5. Your wedding day

We made it! Once everything is checked, double checked, and triple checked (!) I will ship the pieces to you or hand deliver and assemble on the day of your wedding.
